Facility maintenance software
Facility maintenance software for every building you run.
Work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, parts and vendors across every site, in one account. Floor plans with asset pins, site-map rollups, and cost broken out by facility — so you can compare buildings instead of guessing at them.

Every site runs differently, and nobody can compare them.
One building has a supervisor who keeps the whole thing in his head. One runs on a spreadsheet somebody built in 2019 and nobody has dared to touch since. One is handed to a contractor who sends an invoice at the end of the month.
Individually they cope. Together they are unmanageable: you cannot say which site is eating the budget, which one is falling behind on its inspections, or where an extra technician would do the most good.
- The quarterly maintenance number is a single total, with no way to see which building produced it.
- One site is on top of its inspections and one is not, and you find out at the wrong moment.
- A technician covering an unfamiliar building cannot find the isolation valve.
- Two sites use two different contractors for the same job at two different rates.
- Head office asks for a portfolio view and somebody loses a day to a spreadsheet.
Every building in one view, and every room inside it.
Your facilities live in one workspace. Compare them from above, then open one and see exactly where its equipment sits — as a floor plan with pins, or as a site map that rolls each area up.
One system for the whole estate, without flattening how each site works.
Shared structure where it makes buildings comparable, local settings where they genuinely differ.
Multi-facility operations, one account
Five facilities and 2,000 assets on Growth, with one login and one bill. Work orders, PM schedules, assets and parts all carry the facility they belong to, so the portfolio view and a single-site view are the same data filtered differently.
- Switch sites from the top bar, or drop the filter and look at everything at once.
- Each facility keeps its own time zone, working hours, currency and zones — the time zone drives PM schedules and shift reports, so set it correctly the first time.
- Zones nest, so a building can be floors, rooms or production lines as deep as you need it to go.
Floor plans, asset pins and site maps
Upload a PNG, JPG or PDF of a floor and pin the assets that physically sit on it. Pins are stored as normalized coordinates, so re-uploading a newer plan of the same layout does not lose them.
- A multi-page PDF can be split into one plan per floor, or mapped page by page onto floors you already have.
- The unplaced-assets tray doubles as a cleanup list for equipment that arrived from an import with no reliable location.
- A building’s site map rolls its child areas up — asset counts and open work per area — for dispatch and for the conversation upstairs.
Cost by facility, and who did the work
Labor hours and parts logged on close-out roll up per facility, so a quarterly total breaks apart into buildings. Vendors are records too, with their own contacts, terms and history.
- Every report compares a facility against the previous period and against your other sites.
- Assign a work order to an on-site service vendor and their time appears in labor reports as an external resource.
- A vendor record carries average lead time, on-time rate and trailing twelve-month spend, so renewals are an argument about evidence.
What usually stops a portfolio from moving.
These three come up in almost every multi-site evaluation, so the answers are here rather than folded into an FAQ.
Shared work orders and PMs. Separate hours, zones, and request links.
“Our sites all work differently.”
They should. A facility carries its own time zone, working hours, currency, zone structure and request-portal link, so a hospital on round-the-clock cover and a depot on a five-day week are not forced onto one calendar. What is shared is the work order, PM and asset model underneath — which is the part that makes the buildings comparable in the first place.
No implementation contract and no consultant to schedule.
“Rolling this out to every building sounds like a project.”
You do them one at a time, and each one is the same three steps: add the facility, import its assets, invite its technicians. There is no implementation contract and no consultant to schedule. Growth covers five facilities and 2,000 assets — if your portfolio is larger than that, the plan comparison shows what comes next.
Billing, security, users, data
“Who can see what?”
Every user has a role. Admin covers billing, security, users and data. Engineer creates and closes work, edits assets and runs PMs. Viewer is read-only, for finance or an executive stakeholder. Custom roles combine permissions with a scope — all facilities, specific facilities, specific asset classes, or self only — so a single-site facility manager sees exactly their site and nothing else.
