Rivolq sends SMS for a single purpose: delivering a one-time verification code you requested. This page explains how you opt in, what you’ll receive, and how to stop.

01Program description

Transactional one-time passcodes. Nothing else.

Account signup

A verification code when you create an account and choose “Text message” as the delivery channel.

Two-factor sign-in

A sign-in code when you have enabled SMS as your two-factor authentication method.

Password reset

A password-reset code when you request a reset by text instead of email.

Confirm a number

A one-time code to confirm a phone number you add under Settings → Security.

02How you opt in

Consent is collected on the form, at the moment you choose text.

By choosing Text message you agree to receive a one-time verification code from Rivolq at the number above. One message per request; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

03Message frequency & sample

One message per request. Frequency follows your own activity.

04Opting out & getting help

Two words do everything.

STOP

Reply STOP to any Rivolq text to opt out.

You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also remove your phone number at any time under Settings → Security in the Rivolq app.

HELP

Reply HELP for help at any time.

Or email support@rivolq.com and a person will respond.

Because these codes are the only way to complete an SMS-based verification, opting out means you will need to use email for verification codes and sign-in instead.
