What changes between Growth and Intelligence?
Growth adds multi-site operational depth: reporting, crew scheduling, floor plans, dependency mapping, and scheduled exports. Intelligence adds the risk engine and capital planning — risk scoring, expected loss, scenario simulation, and board-ready reporting.
Why not charge like a typical per-seat CMMS?
Because facilities teams should not be punished for adding the people who actually do the work. Only working seats — technicians, supervisors, and admins — count against your plan. Requester seats, for people who just submit maintenance requests, are free and unlimited on every plan.
How does the AI token allowance work?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance for Iris, Rivolq’s built-in agent — from 375K tokens on Starter to 25M on Enterprise. If you use it up, top-up packs are available and never expire; they draw down only after your monthly allowance is spent. You can also bring your own API key.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Many teams begin with Growth and move into Intelligence when board discussions, budgeting, and replacement planning become more important.
