Intake from any source, in one queue
Occupants and site staff report issues from a link or a QR code with no login at all. Email and walk-ups get entered by whoever takes them. Every route ends in the same queue.

- Drag a card between statuses in kanban, or drag a job to a new date in the calendar.
- Filter by facility, priority, status, assignee, or a saved view you keep coming back to.
- Priority describes operational urgency — safety, compliance, revenue, critical equipment — not how annoyed the caller was.
Closed out on the phone, with the cost on it
Technicians finish the job where they are standing. The template’s task list is already on the work order, so they tick it off, photograph what they found, log the hours and the parts, and close it.
- Photos and voice-dictated resolution notes, with tap targets sized for gloved hands.
- Parts used are pulled from inventory, so on-hand stock decrements when the job closes.
- Labor hours feed cost per asset and technician utilisation. Work that needs a supervisor to sign off goes to them first.
