Overview
What Rivolq Is
Understand how Rivolq connects daily maintenance execution, asset intelligence, and longer-range capital planning in one workspace.

What Rivolq does
Rivolq is a facilities intelligence platform with maintenance operations built in.
You use the same workspace to:
- manage assets and facilities
- run work orders and preventive maintenance
- track parts, vendors, and supporting records
- review analytics, risk, and reporting
- coordinate support, onboarding, and admin workflows
How to think about the product
Rivolq works best when you think about it in three layers:
- 01Operations layer: work orders, PM schedules, assets, parts, vendors, alerts, and support.
- 02Visibility layer: dashboards, reporting, downtime, backlog, compliance, and execution trends.
- 03Intelligence layer: risk scoring, scenario planning, predictive work, dependency analysis, and executive reporting.
What makes the app useful
The product is most valuable when your asset register, work history, and PM coverage are all in the same system. That creates cleaner reporting and better decision support later.
If your team only uses Rivolq as a ticket log, you will still get value. But the platform gets much stronger when:
- assets are complete enough to support real history
- PM schedules are attached to important equipment
- completed work stays tied to the right asset
- operators and leadership are reviewing the same source of truth
What a healthy workspace looks like
- each facility has a clear asset hierarchy
- critical equipment has PM coverage
- new issues become work orders instead of email-only requests
- vendors and parts are linked to the equipment they support
- dashboards are showing live activity, not an empty shell
- leadership can move from maintenance activity to asset risk without leaving the product
What Rivolq is not
Rivolq is not just a static asset list and it is not just a work order inbox.
The goal is to help your team answer better questions:
- what needs attention now
- what can wait safely
- what is consuming time repeatedly
- where is the risk concentrating
- what should be repaired, renewed, or replaced next
