Common questions
If a page looks empty, check facility, saved-view, and search filters, confirm there is real data behind the workflow, and confirm your role and plan include that surface. A missing feature may be plan-gated, role-restricted, or have incomplete workspace setup.
If a KPI cannot be explained by the underlying data, drill into the supporting records before treating it as truth. When the predictive engine flags something unexpected, review the asset, work history, and PM coverage, then decide whether to inspect, repair, monitor, or escalate.
Not every asset needs a PM schedule. Start with assets that are critical, failure-prone, expensive, regulated, or operationally important. The digital twin is not required; core value still depends on clean assets, work history, and PM execution.
Reviews and support
Review dashboards daily for exceptions, weekly for backlog and PM, and monthly for trends. When contacting support, include the page URL, what you expected, what happened, the relevant facility, asset, or work order, and a screenshot if the issue is visual.
