Command Center

Open Command Center for a structured view of risk and decision pressure. It summarizes portfolio risk, asset health distribution, critical assets, annual exposure, recommended capital, data confidence, open incidents, top-risk assets, facility priority, and active notifications. Many cards open for deeper explanation, so you can move from a high-level number into the assets or facilities driving it. Use it for review moments: morning prioritization, capital discussions, maintenance planning, and leadership updates.

Capital planning and scenarios

Use the capital planner when the question becomes a funding or sequencing decision. Scenario runs preserve assumptions, outputs, and audit evidence so the decision can be reviewed later. Good planning questions include: show highest-risk assets this quarter, list assets beyond expected service life, rank facilities by urgency, build a summer maintenance plan, and what if we defer this another quarter.

Use the global assistant for conversational exploration and explanation. Move durable decisions into scenarios, budgets, work orders, PM changes, or executive reports. After a scenario run, open the audit trail to review assumptions, context, and evidence. That is the right place to preserve why a plan was recommended or rejected.

How to get reliable answers

The quality of intelligence depends on the quality of your asset and work data. Add install dates, expected life, replacement cost, criticality, facility, location, PM coverage, and recent work history when available. If those fields are empty, Rivolq may still help, but it will have less evidence.
