AI Usage and Budgets

Rivolq meters model-backed work in tokens. The included allowance is derived from your plan, resets monthly, and is shared by the organization.

Monthly allowances

• Core: 300,000 tokens
• Professional: 1,000,000 tokens
• Intelligence: 2,000,000 tokens
• Enterprise: 3,000,000 tokens

Contract terms or an explicit workspace override can change the effective limit.

Where to see usage

Open Settings, then Billing. The AI usage card shows tokens used this calendar month, the included plan allowance and remaining amount, whether the workspace is near or over the included allowance, and the prepaid token balance, if any. The billing surface does not currently offer configurable per-user caps, per-feature budgets, or a soft-warning versus hard-stop policy.

What happens at the limit

When the included allowance is exhausted, Rivolq draws from the organization's prepaid token balance. If no prepaid balance remains, model-backed requests are blocked until the allowance resets, an admin buys a token pack, or the plan or contract changes. Token packs are one-time purchases. They do not expire and are used after the monthly included allowance. See billing, plans, and usage.

What consumes tokens

Token use can come from AI assistant conversations and other configured model-backed workflows. Risk, parsing, narration, and automation availability still depends on plan entitlements and provider configuration; they are not automatically enabled on every paid plan.

Bring your own key and privacy

Intelligence and Enterprise administrators can configure Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI under Settings, then AI provider. BYOK routes supported AI calls through the organization's provider account. Keys are encrypted, and the configuration can be tested before it is relied on. See AI provider BYOK.

Rivolq-managed AI processes workspace data for the requested operation. See the Trust Center and your contract for the governing data-handling terms. BYOK changes provider billing and routing; it does not remove Rivolq's access controls or audit boundaries.
