Current Feature List by Plan

A practical map of what Core, Professional, Intelligence, and Enterprise each include, plus the qualifications that can narrow access below the plan default.

Updated September 15, 2026

This is the customer-facing map of what each plan includes. Plans are priced per technician; rates and allowances are in billing, plans, and usage.

Core

  • Work orders, completion evidence, labor, parts usage, vendor costs, and maintenance requests.
  • PM schedules, checklist templates, PM generation, and compliance basics.
  • Facilities, locations, assets, meters, documents, QR codes, custom fields, parts, inventory, vendors, recycle bin, and storage tracking.
  • CSV and Excel asset import, mobile work, team management, standard roles, MFA, support, knowledge, and the AI assistant.

Professional

  • Everything in Core, with a larger AI token allowance and more file storage.
  • Multi-facility operations and the advanced PM crew schedule.
  • Operations reporting for PM compliance, MTTR, facility cost, and cost trends.
  • 2D floor plans, building site maps, asset pins, and pin-based inspection context.
  • Scheduled CSV, JSON, or XLSX exports to email, webhook, S3, or SFTP destinations.
  • Structural asset dependency mapping and blast radius: what depends on what. Scored risk starts at Intelligence.
  • Energy consumption, spend, and trends from energy-meter readings.
  • Rivolq Connect for approved MCP-compatible clients, subject to OAuth scopes and workspace setup.

Risk scoring, predictive alerts, and the advanced analytics API are not Professional features.

Intelligence

  • Everything in Professional.
  • Full risk engine, predictive work suggestions and automation, risk alerts, policy settings, feedback capture, and cross-facility risk comparison.
  • Scored dependency analysis, capital scenarios, Command Center, budget governance, and executive reports.
  • Developer API access, API keys, OAuth apps, webhooks, HMAC signing, and connector workflows.
  • Floor-plan room candidates that use AI, with manual room correction.
  • Expanded AI allowance, BYOK provider settings, and desktop offline access where enabled.

Enterprise

  • Everything in Intelligence.
  • Digital twin 3D, model upload and linking, and model-linked work creation.
  • Enterprise identity and governance controls, custom roles, IoT sensor inputs, weather-risk intelligence, portfolio regions, and named rollout support.

Qualifications

Decision Ledger requires an explicit feature flag or add-on. Parsed floor plans are room candidates that require human review. IoT and connector features still need the provider or destination configured. Role permissions and organization overrides can narrow access below the plan default.
