Plans and technicians

Rivolq bills per licensed technician. There is no per-asset fee and no per-building fee, and requesters, people who only raise and follow work, are free and unlimited. What you pay scales with the size of your maintenance team and the tier you are on.

Core, Professional, and Intelligence are self-serve up to 100 technicians. Core is the only tier with a free trial (14 days, up to 10 technicians, no credit card). Professional and Intelligence are subscribed to directly and billed from day one. Above 100 technicians moves to Enterprise, a managed plan because rollout, data, governance, and procurement usually need coordination. How the rates work

Rates are marginal bands, like tax brackets: technicians 1-5, 6-20, and 21-100 each carry their own rate, and each band prices only the technicians inside it. Per technician per month, Core is $39, $32, then $27; Professional is $59, $49, then $42; Intelligence is $119, $99, then $85. Enterprise is custom. Annual billing takes two months off. What is metered

Three things are metered: technician count, an included monthly AI token allowance (300,000 on Core, 1,000,000 on Professional, 2,000,000 on Intelligence, 3,000,000 on Enterprise), and included file storage (25 GB, 100 GB, 250 GB, 1 TB). Requesters, buildings, and assets carry no per-unit fee at any tier. Risk scoring has a fair-use ceiling on monthly asset evaluations; you are told the number if you approach it.

The AI allowance resets monthly. When it is used up, an admin can buy a prepaid token pack if billing is configured. Prepaid tokens do not expire and are used only after the included allowance. See AI usage and budgets.

Add-ons and configuration

Decision Ledger requires an explicit organization feature flag or add-on. Storage and SMS can have separate usage or contract terms. A feature can also depend on role, organization override, OAuth scope, provider setup, or a contracted rollout.

Reading and changing your bill

Open Settings, then Billing to review the current plan, limits, AI usage, prepaid balance, payment method, invoices, and self-serve actions. Core, Professional, and Intelligence change plan through self-serve checkout or the Stripe customer portal when billing is configured; Enterprise goes through sales.
