Mobile Work Orders
The Rivolq mobile app is built for field technicians to scan, log, photograph, and complete work, including offline.

Getting the app
Download from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) by searching Rivolq. Sign in with your web credentials; SSO redirects to your IdP as usual.
What is optimized for mobile
- Big tap targets for gloved hands.
- A QR scanner front and center, with the camera persisting between scans.
- Offline mode that keeps working without signal.
- Voice input on resolution notes.
- Photo capture by long-pressing the camera icon.
Offline mode
Recent work orders cache locally, and new comments, photos, and time entries queue with an Offline indicator showing queued items. The queue syncs when signal returns, prompting you to resolve conflicts. Signal is still required to search uncached records, load asset history beyond the last 90 days, and receive new alerts.
Notifications, battery, and data
Push notifications fire for critical alerts in your coverage, mentions, and assignments; tune granularity under Settings, Notifications. Battery use is comparable to an email app, and data runs about 50 MB per month, mostly photos. Settings, Mobile, Photo upload can defer photos to wifi.
