Run Your Day in Rivolq
Follow a daily and weekly operating rhythm that keeps the board current so reporting, planning, and accountability stay clean.

Start of day
Begin with the work board and dashboard. Review new requests, overdue work, PMs due this week, blocked or aging work orders, and alerts on critical assets. Confirm each important item has an owner and a next action.
During the day
Keep the app as the active system of record. Create work as issues are found, update status as work moves, log findings while context is fresh, and attach photos or notes. Reschedule due dates only when the new date reflects a real plan.
End of day
Close completed work, document blockers, move unfinished tasks to the right status, and confirm urgent work is not hidden by filters. This keeps the next shift from rebuilding the picture from memory.
Weekly supervisor review
Once a week, review backlog aging by priority, overdue PMs, recurring asset failures, vendor-heavy work, downtime concentration, and alerts that keep returning. Turn patterns into PM changes, follow-up work, vendor conversations, or capital review.
A healthy day leaves fewer ambiguous records: work has owners, completion notes explain what happened, alerts have decisions, and dashboard numbers trace to real records.
