Reading the Facility Page

What each headline figure on a facility page counts, why Past due is a subset of Active work, and what the Locations, Work, and Map tabs are each for.

Updated September 15, 2026

The index

Facilities lists every site in your organization as a card carrying its name, type, and live operational figures. Open a card to get the facility page.

The four headline figures

  • Active work is open plus in progress plus on hold. The line underneath breaks it into those three statuses.
  • Past due counts how many of those active work orders are past their SLA due date. It is a subset of Active work, not a separate pile. The server decides overdue against the SLA due date and the page shows that decision rather than recomputing it, so the figure agrees with the work-order list and the dashboards.
  • Assets is the total tracked at this facility.
  • Critical-rated counts assets rated criticality 4 or 5. Criticality is importance, not condition: an asset whose failure would hurt, not one that is currently failing.

A figure Rivolq cannot source comes back as a dash. It is never estimated or filled in.

Check the denominator

An earlier version of this page showed open work next to overdue work, and the pairing read as impossible: 47 overdue out of 26 open. Both numbers were correct. Overdue spanned all three active statuses while open counted only one. When two counts sit together anywhere in Rivolq, check they share a denominator before you read a story into the gap.

Locations tab

The facility's tree, with floor-plan coverage. Coverage is counted against plan-eligible nodes, not every node. Only floor and building nodes can host a plan, so a tree of thirty rooms and two floors has two eligible nodes. From here you open a node's floor plan, or upload one if the node can host it. See Uploading and replacing floor plans.

Work and Map tabs

Work shows the most recent work orders at this site, up to 25, each with its ID, title, asset, status, and an overdue marker. Open one to go to the work order, or use the button underneath for the full filtered list. Map plots the site from its coordinates and marks it urgent when it has past-due work. A facility with no latitude and longitude cannot be placed: add an address so it can be geocoded, or set the coordinates directly. Latitude must be between -90 and 90 and longitude between -180 and 180.

Assets

View assets at this facility opens the asset list filtered to this site. The link is facility-wide on purpose: the asset list filters by facility, not by individual location, so per-room links would all land on the same list. For a building-level rollup, see Site maps and building rollups.
